Gamescom 2016 is like a restaurant serving different kinds of dishes in the form of new games and one of the dishes offered to the crowd was the heavy-action game of stealth, "Metal Gear Survive."  The Konami action-game offering can be considered as a refurbished dish but cooked by a different chef.  This unveiling also highlights the fact that the game was created without any help or participation from Hideo Kojima.

The team responsible for the creation of "Metal Gear Survive" took the Gamescom 2016 attendees to a joyride that they'll never forget by showing the game trailer, where both professional and amateur players from around the world converged.  Seconds into the trailer, viewers are already taken to a world full of explosions so it would be absolutely safe and unintentionally cliche to declare that "Metal Gear Survive" will be full of enthralling effects and unadulterated adrenaline-filled action.  With all the explosions and flying metal parts all around the trailer, action-freak gamers will surely fall in love with the game.

All the creation, tweaks and modifications for the game will be under the custody of Konami.  Now that there is another company handling "Metal Gear Survive," the issue of retention or addition of game characters arises.

There's something awfully exciting and mysterious about a new game with new characters. However, for those players who want to try something new but still have something familiar to hold on to, "Metal Gear Survive" can be considered as the missing condiment in an all too familiar dish. Along with the trailer release, a promise of novelty and 100% new gaming experience await the players, with new characters and villains to boot by 2017.  The game will also be available for major gaming platforms.
