‘Pokemon Go’ Latest News & Update: Articuno Caught After MewTwo? Generation 2, Legendary Birds Arriving With Mew, Moltres & Zapdos?

Thousands of "Pokemon Go" players are currently doing their best to catch all Pokemons available in the game. Now, new reports are claiming that Legendary Pokemons such as Articuno and MewTwo were already caught.

'Pokemon Go' Latest News & Update: Articuno, MewTwo Caught By Some Players? Moltres, Zapdos & Mew Were Sighted Too?

Kotaku reported that Articuno was spotted in Ohio. A "Pokemon Go" player named Kaitlyn Covey has claimed that Niantic has gifted her the Legendary Pokemon.

However, other "Pokemon Go" players believe that Niantic did not give Kaitlyn Covey the Articuno Pokemon. Instead, she is being suspected using a hack called "Pokemon Go" MITM Proxy that allows users change the appearance of their Pokemons.

Aside from Articuno, more recent reports claim that a MewTwo was also caught. A controversial video has spread like wildfire in social media. The said video has featured a "Pokemon Go" player catching MewTwo after it appeared on the screen.

The video looks very real, but it was later learned that it was is a fake. While the rumors on the recent sightings Legendary Pokemons remained unconfirmed, quite a few "Pokemon Go" players believe that MewTwo, Articuno and other Legendary Pokemons like Moltres, Zapdos and Mew are already available in the game.

'Pokemon Go' Latest News & Update: Niantic Releasing Articuno, MewTwo, Moltres, Zapdos & Mew after Game's Global Release?

Meanwhile, GamenGuide has previously reported that Niantic has not yet released the Legendary Pokemons. It has been reported that Mew, MewTwo, Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos will only become available after the "Pokemon Go" can be accessed by all players globally.

The Legendary Pokemons are expected to be a part of the Generation 2 Pokemons that Niantic is soon to be launching. Aside from that, the Legendary Birds are also expected to hit "Pokemon Go" players by storm.
