According to iTech Post, the new PlayStation 4 Neo will be run by a very powerful 2.1 GHz Jaguar octacores instead of the standard 1.6 GHz which was used previously in the PlayStation 4. But when it comes to its RAM, the 8 GB of RAM of the PlayStation 4 will also be available in the PlayStation 4 Neo but instead of the usual 176 GB/s the PlayStation 4 Neo will now run at 218 GB/s.

Ultra HD 4K Resolution Gaming For PlayStation 4 Neo

Sony is known for making use of Blue-ray for majority of its movies which can be considered that PlayStation 4 Neo will possibly sport an Ultra HD Blue-ray player drive. The new console is considered to be better than the Microsoft's Xbox One S and much cheaper.
