"PokeLock" is used to lock the mobile screen of "Pokemon Go" players. This will let the player to continue playing the game.

Accoring to iTechPost, the "PokeLock" is an Android app whick lovks the mobile screen but will not stop the Pkemon Go game. It leaves the game ongoing whileb locking the touch and soft buttons. This app however is only available for Android users on Google PlayStore.

There are parts of the "Pokemon Go" game that does not need much attention from players this PokeLock app will enable the players to lock the screen and the game still continues. It does not lock the system of the mobile device but it rolls out an overlay that simply locks the screen to prevent players from pressing any key.

 In tapping the home screen twice or thrice, the "PokeLock" will be deactivated. For the players who are using a pattern to lock their mobile devices, they can use the same pattern to deactivate the app.

In a report by GO HUB "PokeLock" also recognizes app that are running and automatically locks the screen of the mobile device. If "Pokemon Go" players do not like the black overlay, a transparent display can be used as an option. It also has other features like shaking the device to unlock the screen. The power button can also be used to unlock or the lock on the phone can be removed.

"PokeLock" is also a power saver for the device. With the block screen appearance, Pokemon Go continues to run on the background. It also does not interfere with the default Android screen timeout. A prolonged battery life means more "Pokemon Go" playing and having the game run in the background is a way to have the battery last longer.

The "PokeLock" app is a third party app and is free. It only includes more ads when it is purchased. The developer is able to quickly fixed bugs once it is specifically pointed out.
