"Clash of Clans" was left behind when the massively hit "Pokemon Go" was released in July. The game that was developed by Niantic Labs instantly took over the lead in terms of the most played game and most number of active users worldwide. As this happened, it appears that Supercell is not backing down and they are working harder instead, so they can reclaim their top position in the world of gaming.
The team's hardwork yielded many game improvements for "Clash of Clans" and they will be releasing all of these through new patch notes. The update was said to be massive that fans will be totally pleased.
What to Expect in the Update?
On Sept. 14, via Twitter, Clash of Clans team tweeted, "Chief, did you hear the news?! Clan Challenges incoming!!" Along with the tweet, a video clip of CoC update plans was attached attached as well and it showed preview of things that may come with the new patch, particularly the ‘Clan Challenge Arranged Wars.'
It was speculated that "Clash of Clans" will also introduce new game mode called the War. At present, there are three existing modes and these are the Money Player, Friendly Challenge and Single Player. In part, the new mode was created as fans have been clamoring for something new in the recent years.
Update on Town Halls 1 to 10
"Clash of Clans" will be upgraded for players who are still in Town Halls 1 to 10. This means that they will be given features that are unique or something that higher-level players already have.
It can be recalled that most of the previous patch notes were only about improving the game for players in Town Halls 11 and up. This led to disappointments since low-tier players are not enjoying the game as much as those in the higher Town Halls.
Reward System
"Clash of Clans" will have a new reward system where Gems will not be that hard to acquire anymore. Players may earn Gems by simply completing a task. This process will surely help in leveling up quickly in the game.
Release Date
Supercell did not announced any date for "Clash of Clans" patch but expert gamers are predicting that it be out by Sept. 18 or 20. If this is right, then gamers will have the upgraded version on less than a week.
