WhatsApp Update For Android Features Selfie in the Dark; See How it Works

The latest on the WhatsApp Update for Android has something to do with the applications imaging extras. First, there's the selfie in the dark that is currently available to Android users. This feature from WhatsApp allows a user to take a selfie in the dark using the front camera of the phone.

The trick in this new WhatsApp Update is that, the WhatsApp camera is the one working during a selfie in the dark. Devices usually don't have flashes on front cameras, but WhatsApp Camera does.

Meanwhile, additional WhatsApp Update include some imaging tools for WhatsApp images. Here, users are able to snap a photo and instantly edit it the pencil or T button that appears right after the photo is taken.

The emojis can now be sent at a larger size. It looks like, WhatsApp is moving on, after they received backlash on the recent updating of its Term and Conditions. Apparently, fans did not welcome their proposed concept of sharing the user's mobile number to Facebook.

According to Wired, these imaging tools allow users to write or draw another image, on top of the photo taken. The latest WhatsApp Update for imaging are currently on beta. Users who wish to try the beta updates can go to the Google Play Store and click on the "Become a Beta Tester" button.

Once a WhatsApp user becomes a beta tester, all upcoming WhatsApp Update in their beta form, will also be rolled out on the user's device. Unfortunately, for those who are still expecting the WhatsApp video calling, it is still unavailable.

Despite the series of updates given by the popular messaging app, nothing has been confirmed about the video calling feature. For more WhatsApp Update on Android and iOS, visit us here on GameNGuide.com
