'Rainbow Six Siege' Update 4.2 News: What We Know So Far!

"Operation Skull Rain" is the new "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2. It is going live on PlayStation 4, Xbox one and PC.

According to PlayStationLifeStyle, the update includes adjustments to Twitch, Doc and Blackbeard. Aside from these adjustments, a new gadget and attachments can be found. "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2 also includes adjustments for weapons that are not always used, bug fixes and a lot more.

Ubisoft explains that these updates can be expected more in the future. As the company works on improving the game, there are always changes that can happen. For now the Surrender functionality will be disabled. It will be back until the exploit will be fixed on update 4.3 for "Rainbow Six Siege."

In a report by GAMESPOT, the "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2 starts with Twitch. This update can deploy its Shock Drone instead of a regular drone. This can happen in the Preparation Phase and the other two Shock Drones can be deployed in the actual match.

This "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2 also works on Doc. He now has the ability to self-heal and can also heal teammates using his darts. The player can have a maximum health boost for a limited time which can reach up to 120.

Lastly, "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2 also works on Blackbeard. His shield now works differently. Blackbeard now has two shields that he can use and each of the shields has a 150 HP down from 800.

With the "Rainbow Six Siege" update 4.2, Valkyrie has one less Black Eye camera. IQ and Montage can deploy their gadgets quickly. They also can unequip these gadgets real fast.

It seems that Ubisoft is working on "Rainbow Six Siege" and will have continuous updates for the game. As they implement improvement to the game, they also incorporate the community's feedback. players can expect more updates in the future.
