Square Enix is working double time to release the first part of "Final Fantasy 7" Remake in 2017. As the release of "Final Fantasy 1"5 comes closer, a lot of fans are still waiting on the release date of the highly anticipated "Final Fantasy 7" Remake.
With reports, stating that the game developers, Square Enix are currently working hard to finish the game. 2017 is the year "Final Fantasy 7" Remake is speculated to have its official release date with E3 2017 being the most ideal place to reveal the long awaited release date of the game. It's possible that Square Enix may release the first part of "Final Fantasy 7" Remake on late 2017 but that is still yet to be seen.
"Final Fantasy 7" Remake will have three parts as per "Final Fantasy 7" Remake producer, Yoshinori Kitase revealed in an interview with Game Informer. All three parts of the game will be a complete game in its own right and will not be like the episodic structure of Telltale game's as other may compare.
In relate to that news, Kitase revealed new details on what will the battle system for the game be like in an interview with Game Informer. According to Kitase, "Final Fantasy 7" Remake's battle system will be inspired by "Final Fantasy Dissidia."
"Final Fantasy 15" also shares a similar battle system with "Final Fantasy 7" Remake but being only closers compared to one of Square Enix's beloved franchise, Kingdom Hearts. The game developers went in favor of the rela time action combat gameplay rather than the traditional Japanese role playing game (jrpg) battle system the Final Fantasy series is known for.
Final Fantasy 15's release date has been moved to November 2016 rather than its first release date slated in September. This in turn affected many of the game's in development for Square Enix such as the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.
