'Pokemon Go' Latest News & Update: Some Universities Allowed Students To Play And Catch Pokemon Part Of School Degree?

Salford University in the UK allowed students to play "Pokemon Go" in school as part of their degree course.

Dr.David Kreps a Salford University teacher said that it will make the course attainable and uncomplicated to catch "Pokemon Go".He also added that"It uses various information systems that are access over the internet, a digital camera, and a GPS location sensor."

Daily Mail reported that the Salford University UK students are allowed to play "Pokemon Go" as part of their degree course .They also added that in this game students catch out virtual animated Pokemon characters in real world places.Which will make the Business Information Technology course easy to access.

Some express an unfavorable opinion about this move.They said it lowers the general level of intelligence in the student -a statement David Kreps disagree.He said, "We want new students to feel that our subject is accessible and easy to grasp. Pokemon Go fits perfectly with that. 'It uses various information systems that are access over the internet, a digital camera, and a GPS location sensor"

Another University who allow students to play "Pokemon Go" as a degree requirement is the University of Idaho.They offer "A Class Called Pop Culture Games" wherein students will play this game as part of their course in order to pass, reports Daily Touch.

Steven Bird the course educator said "This app does more than let you shoot a Pokéball. You get to adventure around, seeing different things, being active, seeing the sun. It allows you to move in large groups and a team. You get not only physical activity, but you also get team-building and leadership."
