Now, new reports have emerged suggesting that Nintendo is planning to finally launch the gaming system on Oct 21 during the company's Nintendo Direct broadcast.
According to reports, the plan is to introduce the revolutionary gaming device as part of Nintendo Direct's fifth year anniversary. The company normally uses the pre-recorded broadcast to announce major games and indie titles to fans all over the world. Nintendo usually introduces gaming products on Nintendo Direct that they failed to announce at the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3, which happens in the middle of the year. If rumors prove to be true, the company will certainly provide certain details about the Nintendo NX, which fans have been dying to know more.
Nintendo is expected to make a big reveal at this year's Nintendo Direct because the company did not hold the event in 2016 due to the passing of Satoru Iwata, the president of Nintendo. According to reports, although rumors about Nintendo NX's launching are circulating all over the Internet, nothing is certain as of the moment. In a report by Forbes, the comapny appears to be sticking to its scheduled March 2017 release for the Nintendo NX.
