The upcoming OnePlus 4 smartphone has been making a lot of buzz in the industry these days even after just three months from the release of its predecessor. The impressive specs and advanced features of OnePlus 3 have fans wondering what is in store for its new model. Although it's too early to suggest on what to expect, several rumors and speculations have already emerged all over the Internet revealing the possible details of OnePlus 4.

According to reports, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is now preparing to build a new handset that will compete with Apple's upcoming iPhone 8 and Samsung's Galaxy S8. There are speculations suggesting that OnePlus 4 will come with a 3D Touch technology and an OLED display system with pressure sensitivity. Many fans expect the device to arrive with top-of-the-line specs under the hood including the latest Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm.

The powerful chipset will be paired with high capacity RAM modules depending on the variant - 6 GB and 8 GB. OnePlus 4 will also come with Google's latest operating system, the Android 7.0 Nougat, which is said to debut this month on LG V20. One of its biggest improvements is the battery technology as the new OnePlus smartphone is said to carry a 4000 mAh battery. The device will also boost an advanced camera system heading by its primary shooter at 23 MP, while carrying a 16 M front-facing snapper.

These reports have yet to be confirmed by the company. However, many fans believe that OnePlus 4 will arrive in the market with enough powerful specs to challenge the mighty iPhone and Samsung's top-tier Galaxy devices.

Meanwhile, there are rumors saying that OnePlus 4 will arrive in 2017 with a $400 to $450 price tag. If rumors prove to be true, the device could carry equally powerful specs as the upcoming iPhone 8 at a relatively cheaper price. Stay tuned for more news and updates about the upcoming OnePlus 4.
