‘Destiny: Rise of Iron’ Latest News & Update: ‘Wrath of the Machine’ Raid Heroic Mode Release Date Confirmed! Gameplay, More Details Revealed

Those who don't find the latest "Destiny: Rise of Iron" DLC challenging enough would definitely want a game mode like the Heroic Mode or Hard Mode. Fortunately for fans of the game, the Heroic mode for the game's raid map titled "Wrath of the Machine" is coming this month and it won't be such a long wait.

Bungie confirmed that the Heroic Mode for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" raid map will be on Oct. 18 through an image on their blog post. The game developer also wrote that the wrath will continue to intensify, as players will soon go deep down the Plaguelands to go after Aksis. For those who have not done this mission, Bungie has some advice. "If you have not, there is still time to increase your Light, form up a dream team, and embark on the mission. If you have completed that mission, the truest test of teamwork and cunning is yet to come." Bungie will also be on the lookout for the successful team that returns to orbit bearing the Mission Complete banner.

When "Destiny: Rise of Iron" DLC released last month, players were able to conquer the raid map easily, but with the more difficult game mode, some changes are expected to come. As reported by GameSpot, the game mode is expected to feature changes to raid bosses. All in all, this new game mode is expected to offer tougher challenges. Since Heroic Mode will be available in less than two weeks, players should still have time to prepare and bring up their XPs.

It should be noted that the new Heroic Mode for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" "Wrath of the Machine" is open to players with a Light level of at least 385. Those who complete the Hard Mode will receive loot with a Light level of up to 400. It's also good news for players as this appears to be the only way they can reach the new level limit. Stay tuned for more "Destiny: Rise of Iron" news and updates!
