After the recent roll out of "Star Wars Battlefront" "Death Star" DLC, game developer EA DICE is already planning to develop another expansion called Scarif that will be launch along with the upcoming Star Wars movie, "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." In addition, the EA DICE team behind the game has already released a new trailer for "Battlefront's" X-Wing VR mission.
According to the report, the new "Star Wars Battlefront" "Scarif" DLC will soon be introduced once the "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" comes out. Apparently, Scarif is a tropical planet with interesting features where the new expansion will take place. There are speculations suggesting that the upcoming downloadable content will feature several playable heroes including Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and Director Orson Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn).
Once the "Star Wars Battlefront" "Scarif" DLC arrives, gamers will be able to enjoy new star cards and new game mode in the game. Although EA DICE has yet to provide the development and release date details of the new expansion, industry experts believe that it will come out right after the "Rogue One" movie, which is already scheduled to arrive on Dec. 16, 2016. The company is also expected to roll out several teaser materials about the upcoming DLC before its big release.
Meanwhile, a new "Battlefront's" X-Wing virtual reality or VR mission trailer has just been released and it gives players an idea on what to expect once the expansion arrives. The mission is going to be available on PlayStation VR and is expected to provide a new gaming experience to "Battlefront" players. It is going to be an exciting update before the arrival of "Star Wars Battlefront" "Scarif" DLC, which is reported to be the last expansion of the game as EA is already planning on releasing the new "Battlefront 2."
