The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus got a big boost from the faltering debut of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 but that is by no means and indication that Apple should let up with its anticipated iPhone 8. In fact, the Cupertino company may want to make sure that their next big flagship phone does not bomb out with plenty of time to spare.

There is a lot of time to spare for Apple, almost a year for an iPhone 8 to get the necessary features and perks that will reward patient customers. A lot of the hints on what will be retained and done away with may have been teased on the iPhone 7/ 7 Plus though the major ones are expected to either impress or disappoint awaiting Apple buyers, as mentioned in a previous report.

First off is what the iPhone 8 will have to offer up and front. The next Apple flagship will reportedly have an all-display face which hints at the probable iteration of the home button and the bezels that have been iconic from previous iPhone models, Yahoo Tech reported.

While that should be something, it also brings up certain concerns for the iPhone 8. That includes the fate of the light sensors which were previously hooked up to the upper bezels. Despite word that Apple has filed for a patent for it, pondering on how Apple will be able to integrate or relocate the said feature has been raised.

Other than that, the iPhone 8 is expected to come with an all-glass feature supported by an all-aluminum frame, as suggested by Business Insider. It will (finally) integrate some modern charging possibilities with the rumored addition of wireless charging, not to forget a highly anticipated shift to AMOLED display screens. As the iPhone 7, the iPhone 8 is expected to ditch the 3.5 mm jack maintian the same thin make.
