The "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC is now available for pre-ordering. The main "Dark Souls 3" game will launch in a few days, with Ashes of Ariandel set to provide more content for fans to enjoy.

Steam noted that the "Dark Souls 3" DLC is part of the Season Pass, which will expand the game experience of players. With the new content, players will travel to the snowy world of Ariandel and discover new areas, weapons, armor sets, magic spells, enemies and bosses, among others.

IGN said that the "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel is the first of two DLCs set to release. Players will journey to a land with some similar features to the Painted World of Ariamis in the first "Dark Souls" game. Although gamers can explore the new area early in the game, they should not expect the challenges and enemies to be easy. Even if they defeat the final boss of "Dark Souls 3," there will be lethal and powerful enemies in the DLC pack.

"Dark Souls 3" gamers are advised to learn the offensive patterns of enemies in Ashes of Ariandel quickly to survive. Some of the deadly enemies that players will encounter include the Millwood Knights and wolves of Ariandel. The Painted World in "Dark Souls 3" will also be dangerous, featuring exciting landscapes like a decaying settlement filled with infected individuals, cliffs and high drops and the snowy forest. There will be plenty of bonfires in the "Dark Souls 3" DLC.

The bosses in the "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC are also quite strong and feature unexpected twists. Players will be compelled to adjust their strategy to overcome each one. Players also cannot join the PvP arenas until they defeat the optional boss. The "Dark Souls 3" DLC also features a wide array of adjustable options and modifiers.

Overall, the "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC features a dynamic new world with plenty of challenging situations and enemies. Depending on the player's skill, they should finish it in five to 10 hours. "Dark Souls 3" will officially launch on Oct. 25, 2016.
