In case someone wants to know the differences between the Samsung Galaxy E7 and Galaxy C7 smartphones, here's a quick look at the specs of both. The Samsung Galaxy E7 launched in 2015 whereas the C7 in 2016. In many ways, the latter handset is better than the previous.

The Samsung Galaxy E7 has a 5.5-ich Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy C7 has a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution, writes Mobile & Apps.

The Samsung Galaxy E7 runs on Android KitKat, upgradable to Lollipop. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset and Adreno 306 GPU. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy C7 handset has an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and Adreno 506 GPU.

The Samsung C7 smartphone also scores more in terms of storage capacity with 32/64GB internal storage option and microSD card slot that can expand memory up to 256GB. The E7 handset has a 16GB internal memory and microSD support to expand memory up to 64GB. The 2016 handset has a 4GB RAM whereas the E7 one has RAM capacity of only 2GB.

Whem it comes to camera specs, the Samsung Galaxy E7 smartphone has an impressive 13MP primary camera with autofocus and LED Flash and other features such as geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. The secondary camera is of 5MP, reports GSMArena.

The Samsung Galaxy C7 smartphone is decked with an even better 16MP primary camera with autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. Other features remain the same as that of the E7 handset. The secondary camera is of 8MP.

A fingerprint sensor has been incorporated in the Samsung Galaxy C7 device but is absent in the other as is the Quick Charge 3.0 feature. While the Samsung Galaxy E7 features a non-removable Li-Ion 2,950 mAh battery, the Samsung Galaxy C7 device has a 3300 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery.
