Notch Tweets 'Minecraft' PC Sales Hit 10 Million

Markus "Notch" Persson, creator of "Minecraft," took to Twitter today to announce a major milestone in the game's already-impressive life.

Of course the 10 million in sales doesn't include the beta crowd who got in on the "Minecraft" game before its official release, nor the six million in sales on Xbox Live.

"Minecraft" lead developer Jens "Jeb" Berensten let G4 know in January, when PC sales reached 9 million, that total sales for the property, over every possible platform, mobile included, had reached 20 million.

In other words, you could say "Minecraft" is doing well. It's got its own documentary and everything.
