"Pokemon GO" is currently having an event for Halloween and it seems the event is successful. The number of players that are playing "Pokemon GO" increased since it started on October 26. The Halloween theme that is luring spooky or ghost Pokemons will end on November 1. But, what exactly are the Pokemons with an increased its spawn rate?

According to a report from BGR, there are seven Pokemons confirmed that has increased its spawn rates. However, some "Pokemon GO" players discovered other Pokemons that might also be included in the pack include Cubone, Golbat, Drowzee, Gastly, Gengar, Marowak, Meowth, Zubat, Hypno and Haunter.

"Pokemon GO" players are not only playing because of the spooky Pokemons that are easy to catch, but also for the doubled number of candies they get in every Pokemon they catch. Players will not have any trouble evolving their desired Pokemons because, every time they catch one, they will obtain 6 candies instead of three. The candies they get from the Professor when transferring a Pokemon and in the Buddy System are also doubled.

According to a report from Forbes, there are also several "Pokemon GO" players that are looking forward on the Christmas season. Niantic will surely be putting another in-game event. There are rumors saying that the candies players get might be tripled and Niantic might also double the experience for all players and, if they are going to use a lucky egg, they will receive quadruple experience.

However, there are players that are taking advantage of the Halloween Event in "Pokemon GO." Some of them are even using the third party applications. Several players are using FastPokeMap now that the app is back and fully functional. If events like these continue, Niantic might actually get some casual gamers back in playing the game.
