The only logical answer for "Pokemon Go" to rise to fame once again is to roll out a massive update.

"Pokemon Go" is basically an online game which relies on GPS. Players rely solely on data to play the game, which can be quite pricey for some who don't have data plans or bundles. This concern has been raised to Niantic numerous times but the game developer reportedly hasn't responded to the issue until recently.

With the dwindling popularity of "Pokemon Go," a massive player-friendly update might be their chance to regain the most popular throne. Although it is quite difficult to imagine "Pokemon Go" to be available offline, an upcoming "Pokemon Go" update might allow players to enjoy the game offline.
