"Street Fighter 5" is rumored to have an Arcade Mode in its DLC, including new challenges every day. Although no confirmation has been made yet, reports indicate that Capcom is currently working on introducing a Challenge of Arcade Mode in the future DLCs. There are speculations that if this pushes through, the players may likely have Survival and Story modes to finish the challenges and get the rewards following the win.
Although the "Street Fighter" rumors is a welcome news to the fans, nothing seems clear until Capcom announces the final details. During the Tokyo Game Show in Sept. 8, the studio was rumored to be planning on releasing the DLC. However, no announcement was made on the said event. In fact, no concrete details have been provided yet regarding the Arcade Mode, despite several reports suggesting that a new DLC is in the works.
Nevertheless, "Street Fighter 5" fans are reported to be treated to a Halloween-themed DLC, which is already available for download. The latest DLC provides an option to gear up their favorite characters in the Premium Halloween costumes while they fight with each other. Moreover, it puts a Halloween mode into the game with Russia stage adorned with different Halloween decors like gravestones and jack-o-lanterns. The Halloween-themed DLC will be available for download until Nov. 29, according to a report.
Meanwhile, "Street Fighter 5" player Justin Wong took to Twitter to post a list of Christmas DLC wishlist. Based on the list, Wong wants Birdie to be decked out in a complete Santa outfit while a classy Santa Claus suit for Karin. The player is also interested to have Bison as the famous Christmas character The Grinch, while Laura is seen to have an elf costume and a snowman outfit for Zangief.
