Hacking teams Pangu and Tai G still haven't figured out a working iOS 10 jailbreak tool, which led fans to believe that maybe they have abandoned the project. This could mean that a jailbreak tool for the latest Apple iOS will no longer be available. One developer, who goes by the name iH8snow, was already on the right track and was able to jailbreak iOS 10, but the hacker is known to keep the solution all to himself.

With no updates from the renowned hacking teams, fans continue to wait for the iOS 10 jailbreak tool. The good news is that there are alternatives, which people can turn to when they desperately need to have their iOS 10 Apple devices jailbroken.

One of the iOS 10 jailbreak tool alternative people can use is TinyUmbrella. In the tool's official site, it was clearly explained how this jailbreaking app works. Apple usually stops signing a firmware after releasing its latest update and when that happens, iOS users can no longer downgrade their devices to the firmware version that can be jailbroken. In addition, the Apple team will no longer let users save SHSH blobs for the previous firmware.

TinyUmbrella helps by saving those blobs, allowing users to downgrade to the previous firmware version. Although several reports stated that TinyUmbrella would be the best alternative iOS 10 jailbreak solution, not a lot of people are willing to take the risks involved in downgrading their iOS devices.

Mojo is also another alternative tool that can help with iOS 10 jailbreak. Specifically, the app works like Cydia - the jailbroken version of the App Store, which allows users to download pirated applications and even allow device customizations that are not available in non-jailbroken devices. Reports stated that running Mojo doesn't require a device to be jailbroken and what's more interesting is that most apps found in Cydia are also available in Mojo. Though this should be something iOS users can get excited about, it is expected that the app can bring malware and security risks to devices so it's advised to use it with caution.

On the other hand, those who are not willing to take the risk of using alternative iOS 10 jailbreak apps mentioned above should just wait for the official solution from Pangu or Tai G. When this will happen remains unclear so stay tuned to GamenGuide for updates.
