Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Release Date, News & Update: Galaxy Note 7 Damage Control via Massive 6GB RAM! Stellar Specs & Features!

It is action time for Samsung as the company is trying hard to do away with the negativity surrounding the Galaxy Note 7 disaster. The Korean tech giant recently announced the launch the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro in China that offers a massive 6GB RAM and it's a strong selling point.

Samsung wants to fight the negativity by producing more handsets with awesome specs and features and that's exactly what it has done with the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro. The smartphone specs were leaked previously and fans have an idea about what the device has in store.

As per GSMArena, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro will sport a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 chipset, Adreno 510 CPU, a 6-inch 1080p AMOLED touchscreen, a mega 4,000 mAh battery and 64GB internal storage. The primary and secondary cameras are both of 16MP. The primary camera has a dual-tone LED flash, phase detection autofocus and f/1.9 aperture whereas the selfie camera too has an f/1.9 aperture.

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has dual-SIM functionality, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, 4G support and 3.5mm headphone jack among other features. As per Android Authority, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro sports a 2.5D curved glass, Cirrus HiFi Codec for better audio performance and Samsung Pay using NFC and MST. The handset has been priced at around $470 and is available in colors Gold and Rose Gold. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro uses Samsung's own TouchWIZ UI.

The smartphone is available for pre-order and will be reportedly launched on Nov. 11 in China. Samsung has not yet confirmed if the Galaxy C9 Pro will be made available in other countries now. Stay tuned on GameNGuide for more updates on the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro.
