Three years after Arkane Studios teased about their new project, "Dishonored 2" has finally arrived and ready to launch on November 11. A new trailer was released by Arkane Studios and opens up the next chapter in the Empire of the Isles' history.
"Dishonored 2" is a sequel of the game "Dishonored," developed by Arkane Studios and was published by Bethesda. "Dishonored 2" is first introduced in Bethesda's E3 2015 conference with a reveal trailer focusing on the character of Emily. Along with the new teaser is the revelation of the return of Corvo with his usual and new abilities.
According to GameSpot, creative director Harvey Smith said that they wanted to see the character of Corvo again, 15 years after the rat plague. In "Dishonored 2," Smith explained that Corvo is still doing his best amidst the "crazy threats to the throne and to the empire."
Moreover, lead designer Dinga Bakaba said that Corvo has a new ability, called Possession. It allows Corvo's character to "physically enter another character or an animal" then exits to another character to roam around in the vicinity. Another upgrade for Corvo's character in "Dishonored 2" is that he's able to possess corpses not to make it move, but for him to hide in it.
In a report by IGN, the demo game of "Dishonored 2" that they tested leads them to the city of Karnaca. It's a city where some people live like Kings, while most of them are poor. The game is set when Emily is dethroned and on the run because of threats for her life. The gameplay depends on how the players will play "Dishonored 2" given that each level has its own twist.
