As the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" release date approaches, numerous theories have surfaced regarding where the game could be heading in terms of addition region/s. 'Pokemon Sun' and 'Moon' Gameplay: Sinnoh Or Kalos Accessible After Alola?

The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" release date is yet to come but that is not stopping fans from speculating where the game could be heading next. Putting together bits and pieces of clues, there are those who believe that the next region to be opened up after the Hawaiian-sounding Alola will be the region Sinnoh or Kalos.

Currently, there are numerous discussions online pitting the regions Sinnoh or Kalos as most likely to be opened up after Alola in the coming "Pokemon Sun and Moon." For instance, this Reddit discussion shows that players are very hopeful that a second region will soon be introduced. Various theories are offered to support such claims but developers are still to confirm if indeed a second region will be added in the upcoming "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

'Pokemon Sun' and 'Moon' Gameplay: Is Kanto The Final Destination?

However, there are others who believe that the game could be eventually heading to Kanto. One of the basis for this theory is a two-part  "Pokemon Sun and Moon" trailer which some gamers believe to somehow reflect the game's storyline.

In the first "Pokemon Sun and Moon" trailer, a Japanese boy had to move from Japan to Hawaii. Of course, players note that this could symbolize the starting region of the upcoming game which is the Hawaiian-inspired Alola region.

However, in the second trailer, the boy had to relocate back to his home in Japan. Could this mean that the endgame for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" would be the Kanto (Kanto=Japan) region as shown in the return to Japan trailer?

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" release date is slated this coming November 18, 2016. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for updates.
