Adam Levine a guy blessed with a God-given talent as shown by his resume in the entertainment industry as a song writer, Maroon 5 vocalist, actor, and The Voice Season 11 coach for Team Adam is facing a different kind of problem. Since the birth of his daughter Dusty Rose Levine, many have speculated about the origins or inspiration why the singer/songwriter gave his baby girl such a unique name. The first time dad luckily had an unlikely savior, his long time friend host and comedian, Ellen Degeneres.
The Maroon 5 vocalist recently made an appearance on The Ellen Show which aired on Thursday revealed how the show host may have had a hand why Adam and Behati named their baby Dusty Rose Levine which oddly enough started on a phone conversation.
During his interview with Ellen show host Ellen DeGeneres, Adam recalls comparing the task of thinking what to name her daughter (Dusty Rose Levine) to writing the best song of his life that he has to give a title. He texted DeGeneres "What do you think?" DeGeneres stated that she is not a fan of Adam's first choice for a baby name, which the Maroon 5 vocalist did not reveal for unknown reasons. DeGeneres gave Adam five names to consider. Dusty Rose was one of the names in the list. The singer/songwriter thanked Ellen for the name Dusty Rose which the host and comedian acknowledges gladly.
Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo shared a photo of baby Dusty Rose Levine. DeGeneres is one of the few people to get daily updates of the addition to the Levine family. Later on, Ellen surprised Adam with a present for little Dusty Rose and quoted saying the she should be the god mother of Adam Levine's daughter.
