‘Naruto Shippuden’ Episodes 482, 483 Spoilers, News & Update: ‘Boyhood Arc’ Ends With Jiraiya, Kakashi Story; Series To Continue Naruto, Sasuke Adventures

"Naruto Shippuden" continued its "Boyhood Arc" with episode 482 that gave viewers a glimpse at Gaara and Shikamaru's backstories. The final chapter to the said story arc will soon feature Jiraiya and Kakashi's past, while upcoming episodes are expected to unveil Naruto and Sasuke's lives after their battle.

The first part of "Naruto Shippuden" episode 482 featured Gaara's difficult and lonely childhood while growing up in the Village of the Hidden Sand. Despite his siblings Kankuro and Temari's attempts to spend time with him, their father prevented the bonding moments since he considered Gaara as a dangerous child.

Moreover, Gaara's growing powers have also alienated him from other people. His only respite is the warm meals prepared by his uncle Yashamaru, as well as their cozy dinner times and conversations together.

Aired on Nov. 3, Thursday, episode 482 also gave viewers a chance to see Shikamaru's student days with Naruto and Choji. When Naruto defended Hinata from school bullies, Shikamaru described the said action as unnecessary and a waste of Naruto's skills. However, Choji defended Naruto and asked Shikamaru to stop calling their friend stupid.

Meanwhile, the upcoming "Naruto Shippuden" episode 483 will focus on Jiraiya and Kakashi's lives during their younger years. Viewers will be given a glimpse of Kakashi's training days at the ninja academy, while Jiraiya's "Boyhood Arc" will feature his time with other members of the Sannin.

With the impending end of the anime's "Boyhood Arc," the upcoming episodes of "Naruto Shippuden" will show the events after Naruto and Sasuke's battle. The show will cover the events detailed in three "Naruto" book series, according to Saiyan Island. Fans can expect to see the books "Naruto: Shikamaru's Story," "Naruto - Konoha Hiden: Shugen Biyori" and "Naruto: Sasuke's Story - Sunrise" in the anime's upcoming episodes.

The first book details Shikamaru's life two years after Naruto and Sasuke's fight, while the second will tell the story of beloved characters several months after the said battle. As for the Sasuke-centered book, it will show his adventures after leaving the Village.

"Naruto Shippuden" episode 483 will be released in Japan on Nov. 10. Watch the preview below:
