Battlefield 4: Release Date, Features And First DLC Details Revealed [RUMOR]

A fresh round of Battlefield 4 rumors are making the rounds after a promotional poster of the game appeared at Australian retailer EB Games which claimed that the upcoming shooter from Electronic Arts will launched on Oct. 31, 2013. The promo artwork also includes a mention of the rumored return of Commander Mode.

The poster, obtained by BF4Central, explained some of game's previously rumored features. Apart from the revealing the launch date and the return of Commander Mode, the leak also touts a new version of Battlefield's social tracking tool, Battlelog and carries a mention of the previously rumoured Drone Strike DLC.

Here is what the teaser text of the promotional poster, emblazoned with the logo for EB Games, says:

 - Armchair general: Rank up into the seat of the brand new Commander mode and lead your team to victory.

 - Battlelog 2.0: The next version of the state of the art gaming portal. Track every shot, every opponent, every detail of your online Battlefield career.

 - Go Premium: Stand out on the battlefield with exclusive uniforms, weapons, and more. Get exclusive expansions, starting with Drone Strike (TBA).

 - Thrill Ride: Thrilling single player campaign takes you all over the world as part of an elite squad of soldiers.

The poster has Xbox 360 and PS3 logos at the bottom; however, no PC log is present, although it is unlikely the game is not coming to the PC.
