Galaxy Note 3 Specs To Include 8 Core CPU, 8 Core GPU And 3GB of RAM [RUMOR]

If the leaked specs and features turn out to be correct, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will become the world's most powerful smartphone. According to the latest rumors, the next-generation Galaxy Note will arrive with an 8-core CPU and an 8-core GPU.

The Galaxy Note 3 will come with an Exynos 5 Octa-Core processor and an 8-core Mali 450 graphics processing unit (GPU) with 3 GB of RAM, SamMobile reports. The latest from the rumor mill has it that Galaxy Note 3 will come with a 5.99 Full HD Super AMOLED display with diamond pixel structure, which is the same found on the recently-released Galaxy S4.

SamMobile, a reliable source for Samsung rumors, reports that the device will run on the latest version of Android, which could be Android 4.3. Galaxy Note 3 is expected to feature an updated version of Touch-Wiz interface with more smart features.

"The size of the Galaxy Note 3 will be the same as the Galaxy Mega 5.8 but with a smaller bezel as Samsung did before with the Galaxy S3 / S4. The build of the device isn't decided yet as Samsung isn't sure if the flexible displays will be ready around that time. If not Samsung will choose the new design without using flexible displays. The same design as the Galaxy S4 is also one of the possibilities," the report states.

The device is expected to make an appearance at IFA 2013 in Berlin, which gets underway in September.
