Nokia Android Phone Latest Update: Leaked Images Surface

Digiworthy featured some of the new leaked images of the Nokia Android Phone from China, with the premium metallic design and Nokia logo on the back. Rumors suggest that there will initially be two Nokia Android Phones. The first will have a 5.2-inch display, while the second will have a 5.5-inch screen.

One of the phones is believed to have QHD resolution. Both Nokia Android Phones may include a Snapdragon 820 chipset, IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. The camera, internal memory and price details of the Nokia Android Phones have yet to be announced.

Previously, Microsoft purchased the Devices & Services division of Nokia. Subsequently, Microsoft Mobile sold the right to use the Nokia brand to HMD Global, a Finnish company. HMD Global recently hired Mother, the largest independent advertising company in the United Kingdom, to market the upcoming Nokia Android Phones.

Pekka Rantala, chief marketing officer of HMD Global, stated that their partnership with Mother allows them to move toward their goal of introducing a new product range to the market. As a result, Mother will focus on a global launch campaign to showcase the new Nokia Android Phones, which are expected to begin rolling out early in 2017.

Some of the first models may appear at the MWC 2017 expo in February. Recently, what is believed to be one of the upcoming Nokia Android Phones was spotted, featuring a Snapdragon 430 chipset and 3GB of RAM and running on Android 7.0 Nougat.
