The Alcaltel Idol 4S has offered new hope to Windows 10 smartphones with its upcoming release this month. It has made Windows fans positive that there will be other devices with the similar operating system.

Expected to be released this November, the Alcatel Idol 4S will come with a Snapdragon 820 CPU, a 1080p display and 4GB RAM. Though it runs on a Windows 10 system, users may still recognize it as an Android device because of the similarity.

This is the major strength of the Alcatel Idol 4S as it makes Windows 10 readily available for smartphone users. Surely, cellphone users would want to have the same technology in their devices and it could still be possible with other gadgets.

Virtual reality

As for its design, the Alcatel Idol 4S will have a glass body with a gold metallic frame. Other notable features of the device also include a fingerprint scanner, a 21MP main camera, a front camera with wide-angle lens and 3D audio capabilities.

The Alcatel Idol 4S will be pegged at $470 when T-Mobile offers its in a few days. Along with its availability, the company is also offering its customers with a 30-day Microsoft Groove trial and a 45-day trial for Hulu Plus. Those who love to play will also enjoy the Windows 10 game called "Halo: Spartan Assault."
