The augmented reality mobile game "Pokemon Go" has been making waves this time around when Niantic released its Halloween event on the previous week and now with the latest patch. Other than that, some "Pokemon Go" players has discovered a secret code in the recent patch and it is highly likely that second generation pokemon will be spawning on the latest update.

Gen 2 Pokemons In "Pokemon Go?

With reports from BGR, "Pokemon Go" players from The Silph Road started digging through the codes of the latest update in hopes to finding something new for the augmented game. But, what players discovered were 100 new Pokemon sitting smack dab in the center of the metadata that includes Pokemons from the Gold and Silver series.

However, the movesets of the said Pokemon is still to be added on the "Pokemon Go" update and players might not see any new Pokemons in the following week or so. But, considering how Niantic has been working hastily on "Pokemon Go" and also with the holidays just around the corner, maybe "Pokemon Go" players can see new creatures added in the game.

Ditto Spotted On The Source Code?

Along with the new creatures for "Pokemon Go", dataminers from the said webpage also discovered a reference to the Pokemon, Ditto. The code "Transform" is believed to be associated with Ditto, a creature that can mimic any pokemon it sees.

Also, Ditto is the only Non-Legendary Pokemon that is still not added in the "Pokemon Go" game and players are still waiting for Niantic to add the said Pokemon. However, the publication has stated that fans should take the news with a grain of salt as Niantic has no official statement with regards to Ditto.
