New features, Pokemon, and a whole lot more await players of the hit mobile game "Pokemon Go" as the game publisher is set to release a new major update. Do take note though that these are data-mined from the code of the latest game update.

New Moves

Niantic is said to be working on a new move that they will be bringing to "Pokemon Go." As opposed to the usual charge and special moves, this one would be a quick move. Transform is also available in the master file and the code itself, so it is most likely appearing in future updates.

Generation 2 Pokemon

There would then be about 100 new species of Pokemon that will be brought to "Pokemon Go." The much-anticipated Generation 2 update will be bringing the likes of Celebi, and starters Chikorita, Bayleef, Meganium, Cyndaquil, Quilava, Typhlosion, Totodile, Croconaw and Feraligatr.

The "Pokemon Go" update will not stop there though, as there are tons of other Pokemon creatures yet to be added. Their movesets are also yet to appear in confirmed reports.

New Lockout System

Also revealed in the data-mined "Pokemon Go" code is a new system in the gameplay mechanics. The Lockout System will then essentially act as an anti-gym sniping mechanism. As implied by the name, each time a player is locked out, a new error message will be appearing. This Lockout System wouold then be implemented in the next major update of "Pokemon Go."

Ditto Already in the Game?

Many theorists in "Pokemon Go" have suggested that Ditto has already been part of the game. With this Pokemon's ability to take the appearance of other Pokemon, this could well be true. However, this should be taken with a grain of salt though, as no data pertaining to Ditto were present in the files. All the data miners have about the existence of Ditto in the game is its Struggle skill, without even Transform.
