According to a report in The Bitbag, all these characters in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" can be unlocked to play the game smoothly. To unlock the GT versions of Goku and Trunks, a player must reach the level of the 92nd Parallel Quest in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2."
Once a player reaches this level, it is expected that the battle may be more challenging for the characters in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." This way, the players need not reach the Ultimate Finish once on this level in the game.
In "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," players are given the chance for cheats over PC. These unlocking methods can be useful for a player using the game according to a report in Mobile & Apps. These unlocking skills include God Mode which is meant to provide invincibility for players. The other unlocking skill is the Infinite Money which allows players to buy anything without the restrictions. The other one is Infinite

Aside from Goku and Trunks to be unlocked, Pan also has a way of unlocking the character in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Pan's character can be unlocked by completing the 93rd Parallel Quest level in the game. Super Saiyan 4 can also be unlocked in this level.
Meanwhile, Super 17 can be unlocked by defeating the 95th Parallel Quest in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Players must expect this level to be really difficult since this is the last phase. Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta can be the toughest character in the game and can be unlocked by reaching Parallel Quest 94.
