"Shameless" Season 7 gets unexpectedly hilarious as Svetlana Fisher (Isidora Goreshter) reveals that Yvon (Pasha D. Lychnikoff) is not actually her father, but her estranged husband from Russia. But now that the secret is blown, it appears as if Yvon's life is in grave danger as Svetlana eerily says she's "taken care of the problem." Did Svetlana kill Yvon? Here are the spoilers for "Shameless" Season 7 Episode 7, "Yvon is Gone."

What went before

"Shameless" Season 7 Episode 6, "The Defenestration of Frank," saw to a hilarious subplot as Kev (Steve Howey) accidentally walked in on Yvon and Svetlana sleeping together. Both of them were initially posing as father-daughter, when in fact Yvon was actually Svetlana's Russian husband.

It's currently unclear as to why the couple went to extreme lengths to protect their secret, the new promo video for "Shameless" Season 7 Episode 7, "Yvon is Gone," seems to imply that Svetlana is more willing to kill Yvon than blow their cover. Dirtied and covered in blood, Svetlana said she's "taken care of the problem" and that they can "move forward now," before she takes a knife to his portrait and quite literally slashes him out of the picture.

Veronica (Shanola Hampton) and Kev insist on asking where the body is, but Svetlana doesn't respond. Did she finally kill her husband in "Shameless" Season 7?

In other storylines

Meanwhile, the rest of the "Shameless" Season 7 cast seem more concerned with their personal journeys. Fiona (Emily Rossum), for one, is finally showing that she can be more maternal to her siblings than she'd let on. She's had her fair share of disagreements with her brother Lip (Jeremy Allen White), but they're sure to reconcile sooner or later.  Frank (William H. Macy), meanwhile, is back on the streets again. Will he find his way back home? "Shameless" Season 7 airs every Saturday on Showtime.
