"The Division" is going to receive a new Survival DLC that is expected to further improve the gaming experience of the popular online-only open world third-person shooter video game. According to reports, the new expansion will bring a survival mode that allows up to 24 players experience the worst snowstorm to hit the city of New York.
What's interesting is that, these players will be put in the middle of the storm without their survival gear that they have left at the Headquarter. Not only that, all 24 players included in "The Division" Survival Mode will get infected with a deadly disease, which can cause immediate death if not treated within a couple of hours.
'The Division' Survival DLC Trailer
Game developer and publisher Ubisoft has recently released a trailer video of "The Division" Survival DLC and many fans are now excited and could no longer wait for it to arrive. "In DLC Expansion II: Survival, SHD agents have run out of supplies in the middle of a harsh Manhattan winter and will have to survive as long as possible in a very hostile environment," reads the description of the trailer.
Players who join the survival mode of the new "The Division" Survival DLC will be stripped of all gear and become vulnerable, wounded, freezing trying to find the perfect solution and survive the unforgiving conditions. Watch the trailer below.
Ubisoft has definitely done a good job in showing what they are trying to present in "The Division" Survival DLC trailer. Several industry experts certainly find the new survival mode exciting and now they expect it to become an instant hit once available.
