"Killing Floor 2" is a first shooter horror game that will be available on PS4. The horror game is a sequel ofthe hit PC game "Killing Floor" released in 2009. The sequel is set to launch on Nov.18, 2016.
In "Killing Floor 2", players are sent to a time when there is an outbreak in Europe that was caused by Horizone Biotech, according to PlayStation. The European Union was paralyzed by a failed experiment.
The outbreak is spreading quickly and becomes unstoppable. Civilization is in dire condition and the clones are everywhere. The military force has been destroyed. The Government falls down and there is a failed communication.
However, a group of mercenaries and civilians have banded together. They are being paid by Horizone. The people of Europe who survives are hiding and have not given up despite of the outbreaks.
The players need to exterminate the clones. They have to descend in the zed laden hot zones. You can play "Killing Floor 2" solo or coordinate and cooperate up to 6 players only. It has a survival mode where 12 players are needed.
The two teams could play as humans and Zeds in short term matches. This game will feature terrifying Zeds. They are new enemies but they are already in the original game which became fans favorite.
You need to work as a group to weaken the player's party. In order to go in new levels in "Killing Floor 2", you have to win the challenge level and become fearless to face the new level. This game is optimized for PS4 Pro.
According to Steam, there are some regions that require cuts in the near future particularly in the gore system for the purpose of complying with local rating boards. It will happen after the complete game is released. The following regions that may probably be affected are Australia, Japan and Germany.
