"Overwatch" is offering free play next weekend. This event will give players the chance to suit up as one of the game's heroes and enjoy rounds of shooting matches.

The "Overwatch" weekend free play was announced by Blizzard Entertainment via a post on its website on Nov. 9. Based on the released information, the event is taking place from Nov. 18 to Nov. 21. The multi-player shooting game will be free to play on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

"For this free weekend, we're making 'Overwatch'' full roster of 22 heroes and 13 maps available for play in a variety of modes, including Quick Play, Custom Games, and the latest Weekly Brawl," the announcement reads. "Players will also have the ability to level up, earn Loot Boxes, and unlock a variety of different customization options."

"Overwatch" previously held the similar weekend free play in September, but players noted that the event was quite dull. Thus, Blizzard hinted that the upcoming free play will be more interesting this time around.

During the "Overwatch" free to play event, players have more chances of advancing in the game through earning loot boxes and unlocking secret pieces of stuff. Players will also be able to use different customization options so they can level up fast.

Then again, there is a catch to the "Overwatch" weekend free to play activity. Players must be a a subscriber of Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus or Battle.net. Otherwise, gamers will not be able to download the game with free play starting on Nov. 18.

Meanwhile, "Overwatch" players are rejoicing after someone discovered that an awesome glitch in the game. Sombra, the new hero that was revealed last week and a player found that it is possible to go skydiving using her abilities.

Sombra is a hacker in "Overwatch"who can teleport. She has a translocator device which allows her to lob in great distance in every map. This skydiving was made possible after using the custom game option and disabling the cooldowns.
