Popular third-person shooter title Gears of War: Judgment is set to get new add-on DLC content for the game called Lost Relics, Epic Games announced.

Lost Relics, set to arrive in June, will offer four new maps, a single objective game type, new armor and new weapon skins. The single objective game type is known as Breakthrough, and will feature two teams with very distinct roles – one team with possession of a flag that must be delivered to a set location, and the other with a defensive role and unlimited resources.

The attacking team will look to break through the enemy team's defensive line and deliver the flag before their pool of lives runs out.

The four newly-added maps include Checkout (the multiplayer map from Gears of War 3 revamped for Judgment), Lost City, Museum, and Ward (for OverRun). More details about Lost Relics are set to arrive in the upcoming weeks.

Gears of War: Judgment was released on March 19 as a prequel to the previous Gears of War titles. While the game was acclaimed for its difficulty modifiers in both the game’s single-player and multiplayer modes, it was also criticized for its narrative flow and aftermath campaign.
