Warriors Trade Rumors: Tyson Chandler For Andre Iguodala To Happen Immediately

With the latest news of Tyson Chandler of the Phoenix Suns request to be traded to aid her ailing mother in Southern California, talks of him joining the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers and the Sacramento Kings heat up.

The Golden State Warriors are expected to go hard on Tyson Chandler to help them in their interior defense and offense. The only player that could go to a one-to-one deal with Tyson Chandler will be Andre Iguodala's contract which seems to be a legitimate choice since the former 2014 NBA Finals MVP is seldom used in the arrival of Kevin Durant in the rotation.

Tyson Chandler's experience with the Dallas Mavericks as their starting center during the 2012 NBA Finals upset over the Miami Heat's big three of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will definitely help the Golden State Warriors in possibly facing the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2017 NBA Finals.

At 34-years-old, Tyson Chandler had the accolade of being named as the 2012 NBA Defensive Player of the Year.  The move to the Golden State Warriors might need to include another player with the likes of JaVale McGee or Anderson Varejao's contract to be thrown with the Andre Iguodala deal. Draft picks would also be considered.

To date, Tyson Chandler averages 7.4 points and 10.9 rebounds rebounds for the Phoenix Suns. On the other hand, Andre Iguodala is averaging career lowest at 4.2 points a game in 24.8 minutes a game. Andre Iguodala's contract will expire after the season, a deal that the Phoenix Suns would try to target to free up their salary cap to attract a potential superstar to join the team.

The trade of Tyson Chandler is expected to happen anytime and the Phoenix Suns are now finding ways to help the All-star center take care of her mother.
