'Killing Floor 2' Latest News & Update: Game Is out Now, Up To Six Players Can Team Up For A Bloody Battle

The long awaited "Killing Floor 2" is already out in the market and it's granting up to six players to set up a team for a blood-bathe multiplayer. Fans have been waiting for this game to be released following the revelation of its new trailer which shows a combat against the zeds or the zombies.

Tripwire Interactive would want to give the fans a chance to slay hordes of zombies across different forms of maps all over Europe. In the progress of playing "Killing Floor 2", players can level up and can unlock class-based bonuses, making the whole team's life at least a bit trouble-free.

According to Game Informer, "Killing Floor 2" is out worldwide and costs $29.99 as a base version on PC and $39.99 as a deluxe edition on PC and PlayStation 4. The game also supports PS4 Pro and is optimized for 4K TVs.

The console's additional memory is used by "Killing Floor 2" to boost the quality of texture resolution, which is called "Ultra Textures" by Tripwire Interactive. According to VG24/7, the "Ultra Textures" will make the undead players appear more ghastly.

"Killing Floor 2" is a first-person shooter video game developed and published by Tripwire Interactive and a sequel to the 2009's "Killing Floor". An early access version of the game was released for Microsoft Windows in April 2015 and the game was officially released on Nov. 18, 2016 for Windows, Linux and PlayStation 4.

"Killing Floor 2" utilizes a heavily modified version of Epic Games' "Unreal Engine 3" and can be played alone or cooperatively with up to six players. The game is based on events from "Killing Floor", in which a deadly outbreak from the bio-technology firm Horzine created Zeds (zombie-like creatures) that rapidly spread across Europe, paralyzing the response from the European Union.
