Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Update: Black Friday Deals Reveal Leaked Next Surge of Titles for the Microsoft Feature

There's something about the upcoming Black Friday deals that sit well with fans of the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature. Apparently, two new titles were leaked following Microsoft's Black Friday deal announcement. The titles include "Call of duty: Modern Warfare 3" and "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion."

The revelation came after Microsoft included the new titles on their Xbox 360 discounted games, which also said they are now playable on the Xbox One console. The Xbox One backwards compatibility feature delivered four more titles last week. They include "Military Madness," "Omega Five," "Escape Dead Island" and "Dead Space Ignition."

Take note that the apparent emergence of "Call of duty: Modern Warfare 3" and "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" were leaked information and may have to go through the usual announcement to be confirmed. The previous weeks also brought new titles on the Xbox One backwards compatibility list mainly "Skate 3," "Operation Flashpoint: Red River," "Scary Girl," "Guardian Heroes," "Mass effect 2" and "Mass Effect 3."

The leaked titles are on the top 15 most requested Xbox One backwards compatibility list with "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" racking up 111,000 votes and "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" with 55,000 votes. According to GameSpot, Oblivion is now marked at $4.94 on Microsoft's Black Friday deals, while Modern Warfare 3 is marked at $15.

Currently, the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature is hosting more than 280 titles and is expected to rise in the coming years. As Black Friday deals become the trend, expect more titles to arrive on the BC feature. Are you satisfied with the latest titles that arrived on the backwards compatible feature?
