Rockstar Games' "GTA 5" could soon be getting the single player DLC that fans have been waiting for eagerly. This is because Rockstar Games' parent publisher Take-Two has announced that support for the immensely popular open world adventure game will still flow until 2017.

"GTA 5" was released in 2013 and since then fans have been treated to some extra expansion packs. This further fuelled their interest for a single player DLC and this interest has now turned into massive expectation and hype. As per NEUROGADGET, "Red Dead Redemption 2" is still months away for its Fall 2017 release.

This means the developer has some time in its hands to launch the "GTA 5" single player DLC. A new "GTA 5" DLC will also keep players busy with the expansion. Moreover, a "Grand Theft Auto V" single player DLC would also be an excellent way to bring back lost players and attract new gamers.

Thus, rumors have it that Rockstar Games would soon be releasing the "GTA 5" single player DLC to mesmerize fans. The new DLC will allow players to go for a host of new heists also bring continuity to the storyline of "Grand Theft Auto 5's" protagonists.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" may have an effect on the release of "GTA 6." However, one thing for sure, Rockstar Games will not abandon the GTA franchise this early. This means the single player campaign is a massive possibility to keep "GTA" gamers in the loop. Meanwhile, "GTA 5" Online fans will have the final piece of Biker DLC this week.
