After the robbery ordeal, NYC Angel Gala on Monday was to be Kim Kardashian's first public appearance. But she missed the opportunity to be by the side of her ailing husband Kanye West. Reportedly, he was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center.

Kanye West was checked on by the law enforcement sources at around 1:20 PM PT on November 21 in response to a medical welfare call. The 39-year-old rapper was at his trainer's home and was acting erratically so the police had to call LA Fire.  Initially, Kanye was reluctant to go to the hospital but his management and police convinced him to go. Kanye was suffering from exhaustion and severe sleep deprivation, as per Us.

A source informed Us that Kanye had been working around the clock for his own line of fashion design and also for Adidas. Both the works were extremely important to him and being a workaholic he drained himself out. On top of that, the tour every night was extremely grueling for him. The source further said that For Kanye his family is most important and spending time away from it had been a stress on him.

The Annual Angel Gala is in honor of Kim Kardashian's late father Robert Kardashian. Kim was scheduled to make her appearance in the Gala but she skipped it only to be by Kanye's side.

The other members of Kardashian family including Khloe, Kourtney Kardashian, and their mom Kris Jenner attended Angel Gala and posed for photos. At the event, Kris Jenner was asked about the reason behind Kanye's Saint Pablo tour cancellation. She informed that Kanye was suffering from exhaustion and added that it was a grueling tour.

The Angel Gala was held at the Cipriani Wall Street in New York. The Gala is a significant event which celebrates people who have made humanitarian and philanthropic contributions towards cancer research, reported Celebuzz
