'The Incredibles 2' Release Date, Spoilers, News & Update: 3 Fun Plot Ideas By Fans

The sequel for the 'The Incredibles' is set to be released on 2018 (initially it was 2019) and while the fandom is rejoicing over this, the plot possibilities remain as interesting as ever. That's why we are rounding up the different and interesting 'The Incredibles 2' plot ideas for you.

15 years
Tumblr user, Sophicals, noticed a very interesting use of the time element in the film. Remember that part when Syndrome threatens Mr. Incredible's family by aiming a missile right at them? Scared and desperate, Mr. Incredible says he would do anything to keep his family safe to which the villain simply replies "Too Late! 15 Years Too Late!" "The Incredibles" was released 2004, and "The Incredibles 2" is set to be released in 2019 which equals to 15 years.

It took 15 years for a sad, rejected Syndrome to work his way to becoming a super villain, so what new super villain is in store for us in "The Incredibles 2?" Fifteen years should make it worth it. Although the date was recently changed to 2018 - makes it a year short of this well thought of plot idea - this is still worth the mention.

The Rebellious Teenager
"The Incredibles 2" as a sequel, will most likely be looking at a grown-up Violet and Dash, fighting crime with their hereditary superhero flair. Jack-Jack, the super baby turned brooding teenager with all around super powers, will be the focus of the film, as he fights control over the strange and powerful force in his grasp.

The Kid in the Trike
Let's go back to number 1, and look into number 2. Number 1 suggests that there might be a super villain 15 (or 14) years in the making that will make all the wait worth it, and although number 2 suggests that Jack-Jack might turn against his own family, as a result of an inferiority complex, a dark entity in "The Incredibles 2" is most likely responsible for this character change, and yes, it might be that trike-riding kid who used to refer to "The Incredibles" as being "totally wicked!".
