After Nokia, another phone company will offer Windows powered smartphones. HP previously launched their Elite X3 with a Windows 10 Continuum feature aimed at enterprise customers. Now, another report says that they are set to launch a new HP Windows Phone 2017.
HP Elite X3 was recently released but the device got a mild response from the market. However, this will not stop them to try and innovate their products for more useful qualities and might even launch a new HP Windows phone for 2017.
The rumors claim that the HP Windows phone in 2017, will be released in February next year. Microsoft is believed to assist the company financially as well as with technological advancements. HP is reportedly set on developing and selling a new device that will focus on the target customers.
PocketLint concluded that HP and Microsoft are working on a consumer edition HP Windows Phone to be released in February. The site says it has received concrete evidence that the rumored phone is real, but hasn't been told about the pecs or features of the gadget.
Neither Microsoft or HP have commented on the rumors of the HP Windows phone. One good thing about phones powered by Windows is the fact that they have the ability to be used as a smartphone and a personal computer when hooked up to a monitor via Windows' Continuum feature.
While HP simultaneously crafts their rumored HP Windows Phone 2017, the company also announced their HP Z2 Mini G3. The device is a miniature professional workstation equipped with Quadro and Xeon. GSM Arena stated that the company is reportedly capitalizing on the SFF PC trend systems, which are reportedly faster than most outdated desktops with a subtle and discreet design.
The device HP Windows phone might be a little bit cheaper than the other flagship devices of the company. Specifications and some feature of this rumored phone will be announced on the same day when the reports have been confirmed by the company.
