As the year is about to finish, many Star Wars fans have been constantly curious about the new stand-alone film, "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", set to be released on December 16, and collaborated by Lucasfilm and Walt Disney.
The first pre-release tracking results are already in and would again roll around the world of internet. "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" is projected to open with over $130 million in the pressing "weekend before Christmas end" frame.
Such projected tracking result could likely go up or down from the results of reviews, buzz, external variables and more. But it looks like Disney's first stand-alone "Rogue One" A Star Wars Story" is going to easily snag the second-biggest opening weekend of ever for the month of December, Forbes reports.

Moreover, "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", will not begin its film with the opening crawl of which Star Wars has constantly done from its previous films. The opening crawl is a slanted block of text that has started each live-action Star Wars film so far.
In fact, Variety confirmed in its recent report that Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy said that "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" won't have a crawl in a recent feature. She further added that the crawl was so indicative of what those Saga films are. So initially, they will probably begin the film in a way that is traditional, with the title only.
"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", will be a World War II-style adventure film. It was also said that there would be a possibility of a female director to be included and that the Lucasfilm team is still trying to identify a talented one who would be setting up for success.
