Niantic is expanding its nearby feature and "Pokemon GO" Ditto update is already live now. Thus, Ditto has joined other original Pokemon and can be caught by players who can track it down. Fans have been reporting that general low-level Pokemon are spawning into Ditto right before getting caught.

According to Express, Niantic has played its card sensibly by making "Pokemon GO" Ditto available through common Pocket Monster catches. Best part is that Ditto is available in every region and comes with a high CP. The Ditto feature will follow right after Niantic rolls out the revamped nearby feature to new areas.

The Nearby feature will show up only when a player is close to a PokeStop. Changes to Sightings have also been implemented. Trainers will soon be able to test this update and then provide feedback. Niantic will be expanding the ability of Trainers to test this update. Depending on the "Pokemon GO" update feedback, Niantic will implement changes if necessary.

Niantic also teased that it would be incorporating a whole lot of functionality, content and features in coming months to wow "Pokemon GO" fans. Starting today, trainer in all states west of the Mississippi River (except Hawaii and Alaska) will be able to use the Nearby and Sightings features in USA.

Recently, "Pokemon GO" made an official announcement revealing the adjustments made to Combat Power (CP) of various Pokemon. This has been done to have a more balanced gameplay by nerfing overpowered Pokemon and buffing the underpowered. Apart from Alakazam, Rhydon and Grengar, no other Pokemon were mentioned though the statement did mention more adjustments to Pokemon going forward.

The overall response to "Pokemon GO" CP changes has been positive as players believe it would only result in a healthier gameplay. The balance brought about by nerfing and buffing will provide newcomers a chance to take a shot at the Pokemon Gyms. Stay tuned on GameNGuide for more updates on "Pokemon GO."
