'Dark Souls 3': Ashes of Ariandel

The "Dark Souls 3": Ashes of Ariandel is the first of two "Dark Souls 3" DLCs to arrive for the game. It recently launched this October to much critical acclaim as several reviews hailed it for being an "unmissable expansion" that provides players several worthy challenges and battles. It takes players through snow and fortresses, and is held together by two intense boss fights, one incredibly more difficult than the other.

Certainly, Bandai Namco had gone all out for this expansion. The "Ashes of Ariandel" has only served to stoke the flames for "Dark Souls 3" second DLC, which is expected to launch at the heels of the first one.

According to a report from Gamespot, the "Dark Souls 3" second DLC is expected to launch sometime in spring 2017. Like the first expansion, it's also expected to feature new maps, bosses and enemies, as well as new weapons and armors. It's also expected to become available in the $25 season pass.
