Fans who are eagerly waiting for the release of "Red Dead Redemption 2," are perhaps aware of the added bloodshed and action that has been teased. It is expected to provide an emotional depth to the game like never before. Take-Two's CEO Strauss Zelnik has also hinted an incredible gaming experience with a gripping storyline and intense action.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" will have an online mode. Nothing much is known about it though and what it will accomplish. However, the online mode may have a direct connection with the game's plot. The upcoming western action adventure by Rockstar Games may launch in the third or fourth quarter of 2017 on Xbox and PS4.

Reports claim that "Red Dead Redemption 2" open world environment will enable players to explore the surroundings completely. A single player campaign is also expected. As per Travelers Today, the brutal game is an epic tale of America's unforgiving heartland. Moreover, the game's vastness provides an excellent backdrop for an unforgettable gaming experience.

Just like Rockstar's first installment, "Red Dead Redemption 2," with its breathless plot and highly improved gameplay, may provide players a holistic recreation. The game's trailer release on YouTube was met with widespread positive trepidation and it has already received nearly nine million views.

Zelnik has promised nothing short of greatness though the trailer does not reveal anything about the storyline, gameplay or weaponry to be used. Thus, "Red Dead Redemption 2" players should gear themselves up "for a massive, sprawling, positive view of the US again -- and that is not supposed to be cute," as stated by Zelnick.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" is expected to sell at least 15 million copies for PS4 and Xbox One consoles, analyst firm Cowen & Company has predicted. However, rumors suggest that the developer may extend the release to PC and Nintendo Switch too.
