"Cyberpunk 2077" is a title that many fans of CD Projekt RED are apparently looking forward to. However, the wait may be quite a handful to endure, especially with the official word coming from the team responsible.

Gamers can agree that CD Projekt RED did a marvelous job with "The Witcher III" to the point that the title was labelled Game of the Year. Because of this seemingly unmatched success, CD Projekt RED may have a lot on their plate with "Cyberpunk 2077," and the team is humble enough to declare it.

According to an interview with Eurogamer, CD Projekt RED's John Mamais divulged that "Cyberpunk 2077" will be insanely promising and is expected to give quite the action. Given that the standard was cordially raised by "The Witcher III," the team does not intend to bring the momentum any lower, as defended upon by CD Projekt RED Co-founder Marcis Iwinski.

Reports stated that ""Cyberpunk 2077" is still quite early into development and until the game is to go beyond the staple, no word is to officially be brought out just yet. It was further implied that the concern is making new things, creating new stories, developing game attributes and the like before any other sight of the title surfaces.

If to talk about the release date of "Cyberpunk 2077," the earliest anticipated period that fans can hold on to will most likely come by 2017, with the latest being 2021. There are also some speculations that the game can also be seen by 2019 at the safest. In other news, fans can get their hands on the upcoming "Gwent: The Witcher Card Game," a spinoff title under the same company.

Will fans be hearing "Cyberpunk 2077" anytime sooner than the aforementioned? Or will there be an extensive wait for any signs of light? Keep it locked for more news and updates on GamenGuide.
